Questions about who I am, how I work, and what I stand for.

"Anger is one of the sinners of the soul." - Thomas Fuller

Personal Philosophy

These are the core answers to questions I'm often asked in professional, spiritual, and community settings.

The Questions

Why do you live everyday?

Ultimately, life for me is to be an example of what a man is called to be. That definition can't be defined overnight, and I believe it won't be fully defined until my story ends. I'm constantly learning, constantly growing, constantly being transformed by God. Loving all the way, and learning to do it His way.

Do you like teamwork?

Absolutely. A team is a group of people each doing their part toward a common goal. As an individual on a team, I focus on understanding the shared mission, then I work independently to complete my part efficiently and effectively. I often work best with music. Once I complete my assignment, I help teammates finish theirs with the same standards I applied to my own work.

How is your work ethic?

I like to know the goal upfront and understand where I fit in the plan. Then, give me the freedom to work. I appreciate being shown how to do the job, but I work best when given space to complete it in the most timely and economical way possible. I'm always looking for better, faster, more efficient solutions.

What can you offer a company?

Through genuine love for people, community, and doing what's right, I offer truth behind my actions. This means fulfilling goals in the best way possible, regardless of circumstances—efficiently and effectively, while saving resources (time, money, energy). All while being a living example of someone who believes in Christ and lives accordingly.

What are your short-term goals?

To recuperate from past mistakes and set the stage for something new. This means addressing debt, personal health, and getting my missions off the ground. Short-term is about creating a foundation—practical recovery and preparation for the next chapter.

What are your long-term goals?

To present the correct, divine definition of what it truly means to live, love, and be free from evil. To do this through my life, my work, and everything I build—showing what faith looks like in action.

If there's one thing you'd say to others in similar circumstances, what would it be?

Do you want a second chance? Open your eyes—Jesus gives opportunities. There's always a way out of sin and its consequences. You just need an "every moment" relationship with Christ, not just an "every day" one. Let Him point out the direction to success daily.

What's your greatest strength?

My ability to see a vision and work toward it with intentionality. My refusal to accept mediocrity. My faith in God and what He can do. My willingness to learn, adapt, and keep building—no matter what.

When working with a team, how is your work ethic?

I take on the responsibility of the whole vision with an intention to provide the highest quality outcome possible given available resources. When assigned a specific part of a mission, as long as my role matches my credentials and fits my experience, I strive to complete it efficiently and effectively. Once done, I assist other team members until the entire mission is complete.

Are you willing to relocate?

As long as I have no commitments binding me, I will go wherever God leads me. Flexibility in service of purpose.
